Mission
Papa's Ride 4 Dray 2020 was our initial campaign with two mission objectives: 1. Awareness building and 2. Raising funds!
A true experience of a lifetime. Normally a hands-on papa, the world was shutdown amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, and with Dray's cancer, Papa was feeling useless sitting on the sidelines.
Throwing caution to the wind, Papa departed from OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois (OSF CHOI), Peoria, IL, on Sunday August 1, and returned on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. The 60 day journey covered over 11,000 miles on the back of Papa's Harley-Davidson. Along the way Papa visited 60 RSM offices, 16 clients, and 11 of the leading children's hospitals and cancer centers, and many new friends in the eastern half of the U.S.
